The Perinne bridge crosses the snake river at the town of Twin Falls in southern Idaho. It has the distinction of being the only place on the US where you can BASE jump any time any day without any permission or paperwork.
So if red tape is what is keeping you from this endeavor, come on down to Twin Falls.
