Idaho Potato Museum

Of course there is a potato museum in south eastern Idaho, in the town of Blackfoot.

We started in the cafe, where we ate, what else, baked potatoes.

The museum exhibits were quite good, providing a global history of the potato (originates in the Andes) and a virtual reality exhibit of how potatoes are harvested today.

The worlds largest potato crisp (not a potato chip).
